Marketing recruiters, tml Partners support global property giant JLL with key hires.

The position of marketing in the organisation has been elevated over recent years and transformed in the EMEA region under the leadership of CMO William Douglas who was hired from outside the property sector to bring a totally new perspective to real estate marketing.

Key to achieving this marketing transformation is having the right marketing talent in place. JLL partnered with Helen Ratcliffe in a number of search projects, both in the UK and across the wider EMEA region, to source candidates with the professional and cultural fit for the team.  To date these projects have included the EMEA Digital Marketing Director, a Warsaw based Social Media Manager, Head of Residential Marketing EMEA and Global Marketing Project Manager.
